How can I get items that I need if they are at the Offsite Storage?
Answer
You can request items from the Offsite Storage facility and they will be pulled for you. Once they are pulled, they will be delivered to Atkins Library for further processing.
Our goal is to fill requests from Offsite Storage as quickly as possible. Requested items are retrieved by library staff during business hours. Requests are not retrieved on weekends, university holidays, or any other time the university is closed. You will receive an email notification letting you know when the item is ready for pick-up or has been processed for delivery
