Why can't I request books from ILL over the summer/winter break?
Answer
Your library account is active only when you are currently signed up to take or teach classes. If you are between semesters, you will be able to request and borrow again as soon as you register for courses.
In the winter, most libraries stop lending items in early December. We may be unable to fulfill certain requests until January.
