Can I request a PDF scan for something located at Offsite Storage?

Yes! If there is something located at the Offsite Storage facility, and you don't need the full volume or book, you can place a request through Interlibrary Loan (ILL) to have the pages, chapter, or section you need scanned and delivered to your UNC Charlotte email.
The Offsite Storage facility has a dedicated scanner to process ILL document delivery requests and the staff strive to fulfill these requests as quickly as possible. Requests submitted before 10am will usually be delivered the same day.
