Can Graduate Student Instructors (IORs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) request items through Office Delivery?

Answer

If you are a Teaching Assistant (TA) or a Graduate Student Instructor (IOR) and your patron group lists you as Faculty or Staff, you will be able to request Office Delivery. If your library account does not list you as a Faculty or Staff member, you will not have the option to request Office Delivery.

Depending on what user group you are listed under, your library account will determine your eligibility for Office Delivery. Our library system assigns policies and privileges (such as Office Delivery) based on different factors, including user group. User groups (such as PhD Graduate Student or Masters Degree Student) are provided to our system from Banner.

You can view what patron group you are listed under by logging into your Library Account with your NinerNet credentials, then selecting the Personal Details tab.
After the tab loads, you will see an italicized line that tells you when your account expires and your patron group.

You can find more information about Department Delivery, including contact information, on our library website.
