What is a research consultation?

Answer

A research consultation is a scheduled meet-up with a subject librarian for faculty, staff, undergraduate and graduate students to get personalized assistance and support on a variety of topics.

These research consultations can be used to help students develop a research topic for a class paper and discover resources for a thesis or dissertation. Faculty, professors, Graduate Student Instructors (IORs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) can seek research advice and discuss how the library can help support class instruction.

You can use the Research Consultation Form to schedule an appointment with a subject librarian. The form will ask you for additional information so you can be connected with a librarian best suited to assist you.
