What print jobs qualify for a refund?

REPROS Copy Center allows you to submit a request for a refund if you receive inadequate print outs and copies.
The following print jobs qualify for a refund:
- Incomplete print jobs
- Ink smudges on prints or copies
- Damaged pages
You can submit a Copy/Print Refund Request with REPROS and they will keep the unacceptable print outs if possible.
The library cannot offer refunds for any damaged or incomplete print jobs.
