How can I use JSTOR to search for scholarly journal articles?

Answer

In JSTOR, click on Advanced Search and limit your search to Articles under Item Type. This will ensure that all of your search results will be scholarly journal articles.

Since scholarly journals can also include book reviews, it's important to limit your search to articles so that book reviews will not appear in your search results.
