What is a course reserve and how do I access it?

Answer

Course Reserves are course-related materials (such as textbooks or assigned films) that instructors make available for their entire class to access. The due dates for course materials can vary and it is important that you return your item on time to avoid any fines being applied to your library account.

You can search the library catalog by title, author, course ID, ISBN, or instructor name to see what is on reserve for your class.

If your professor has placed an item on Course Reserve for your class, you can visit the Information and Research Desk and ask for the course material you are looking for. You will need to have your UNCC ID card with you to check out any Course Reserve item.

Electronic materials (e-books, e-videos, etc.) should be embedded in your Canvas course page. If not, we can also help you locate the electronic version.
