I found a book I lost. Can I get a refund?

Possibly! In some cases, we may be able to waive your replacement fees if you return a lost item, but it's best to contact librarybilling@charlotte.edu to get that process started.
If you lost a book, you may be able to replace the lost item instead of paying for a replacement fee. Before you can do that, you must request permission from the Patron Services Manager before doing so. Email circdesk@charlotte.edu to see if you can purchase a replacement for a lost book.
