If you have lost a library item, you may have fines on your library account. The charges for the lost item help the library purchase a replacement for the item that was lost. If you have a fine for an overdue or lost item, we can work with you to resolve most billing issues. 

If you think you’ve returned a library item and it is still showing up on your library account, you can submit a form to request a search for a returned item. A staff member will search for your item(s) and follow-up with you within 48 hours.
