Who can borrow books from Atkins Library?

Current UNC Charlotte students, faculty and staff are able to get books from the Library using their UNCC campus ID card. Alumni and Emeritus Faculty are eligible for a free Friends of the Atkins Library card to check out library books and materials.
The library is open to the public, but public and community borrowers must have a Friends of the Atkins Library card to check out materials.
