How do I access what I requested from Interlibrary Loan?

Answer

If you requested a physical item (books, videos, etc.) with Interlibrary Loan, they are held at the Information and Research Desk. Bring your UNC Charlotte ID card to the desk and let the staff member know that you have an Interlibrary Loan request to pick up. They will check your ID and grab your Interlibrary Loan materials from the shelf. Items are held on the shelf until they are due.

If you requested an digital article or scan, you will receive your request electronically through your UNC Charlotte email. You can also log into your Interlibrary Loan Account and download your PDFs under "Electronically Received Articles." Articles are only available on your account for 30 days, so make sure to download and save them.
