How often are requested items pulled?
Answer
Requested items are pulled twice per day Monday through Friday during the Spring and Fall semesters.
During the summer, items are pulled only once per day at 2:00 PM.
Any requests placed on the weekend will be processed and pulled the following Monday. You will receive an email notification when your item is ready for pick-up.
All requests placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following weekday.
