I recieved an email saying that my print request was canceled, but I didn't request this. Why?

Answer

We reserve the right to refuse any print request that we believe is not feasible for our staff or machines. If your print request gets cancelled, the email you received should have an explanation as to why. If you would still like your file to be printed, correct any issues in your file and submit a new ticket. If you have questions about your cancellation, please feel free to respond to the cancellation email.

Common reasons for print cancellation:

  • Technical issues with your file
  • We send a cost estimate but do not hear back within a week (3D prints only)
  • We have a question about your request but do not hear back within a week
