My 3D print failed. Will I be charged for it?
Answer
You will not be charged for failed prints that you set within reason; however, if your prints repeatedly fail due to negligence on your part and you do not take the advice of our Makerspace staff, you may be charged for lost materials.
If a print request that you send in fails, you will not be charged for it, and we will either attempt to reprint it or notify you if we think that it isn't a feasible print.
