I submitted a print request, but I don't want it anymore. How can I cancel it?

Please email atkinsarea49@charlotte.edu as soon as possible. If your print request has not been processed at the time of your email, we will cancel your request free of charge. If you request a cancellation after your print has been fulfilled, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
