Do you issue refunds for print requests?

We do not issue refunds for print requests unless there has been a charge applied to your account by mistake. If you are dissatisfied with your print, please contact us at atkinsarea49@charlotte.edu within 48 hours of print completion, and we will reprint your request free of charge.
